During the April 16 Pre-Conference, the Future 500 and the US Chamber of Commerce Foundation's Forum for Innovation, will examine “The Future of Energy” over two sessions.
In the first session, we will examine how the energy industry is proactively managing inherent environmental challenges and public safety. Leading industry figures will share key progress being made and also the greatest challenges.
In the second session, we will explore what economists envision for the future of U.S. energy policy. In a speculative exercise, we will challenge leading economists to outline what U.S. energy policy they would advocate for the next quarter century to enable sustainable economic, energy, and ecological security
