Pakistan Floods 2010
Pakistan experienced its deadliest floods in decades in 2010, with the loss of more than 2,000 lives and an overwhelming situation for government officials and aid workers. Almost 1 million homes were damaged and as many as 20 million people affected by the devastation.
As of January 2011, more than $24 million in corporate aid has been pledged for Pakistan flood response efforts. The Chamber BCLC's Pakistan corporate aid tracker shows 84 companies that have provided assistance.
