I just returned to Memphis with three other FedEx team members from a month in Salvador, Brazil, a town on the northeast coast in the state of Bahia. We participated in a leadership development pilot program designed to give international experience to future FedEx leaders. As a global company operating in more than 220 countries and territories it is critical for FedEx to develop and expose its up-and-coming leaders to how the world works.
